Brand Psychology Questionnaire

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an in-depth questionnaire where you provide all the details about your business and brand, your current website woes and what you'd like your new website to be doing for you. Your answers will help inform the design ideas and user experience plan.

On-Brand Design

We will make use of any existing branding you have – logos, color palettes, photography, etc. If you don't have existing branding, we can help with that too.

SEO Optimization

Our studio follows Search Engine Optimization best practices to encourage Google to start ranking your website, so potential customers can find you.

Page Design

Up to 8 pages depending on your web design and business needs. Pages can include (but are not limited to) Home, About, Services, FAQ, Contact, Portfolio, etc.

Social Media Link Page

You may be familiar with “Linktree” which is an easy page to direct your social media traffic to a variety of clickable offerings. We design you a custom link page from your own site, which helps with SEO rankings and cohesive branding.

Mobile Responsive Layout

It’s estimated that most websites will receive 70% of their views via mobile devices. Squarespace websites are automatically optimized for mobile viewing, but good design and proper layout can still be hard to achieve without dedicated attention. Your website will look gorgeous whether viewed on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

Custom 404 Page and Browser Icon

When these small details are overlooked they give your website a DIY look, instead of a polished high-end feel. Your site will have a customized 404 Error page to ensure those clients know they've landed on your website and give them a link to proceed to your Home page. All browser and social media icons are updated according to your brand assets.

Analytics

Squarespace has a detailed and intuitive visitor analytics section so that you can see who is visiting your website, what pages they are checking out and where they're coming from. This feature is user friendly and incredibly helpful in tracking your marketing efforts.

Domain & Email Set-Up

A professional business needs a professional web address. If you already have a domain name with another provider, I'll take care of transferring it to Squarespace or registering a new one. You also have the option to use custom email addresses that match your web domain which will be run through Google Workspace and Squarespace.

Social Media Integration

All your social media accounts will be linked and integrated into your website so potential clients know where else they can connect with you. If you use email marketing, we integrate sign-up forms and Newsletter subscriptions around your website too.

Revisions

We try to get it right the first time, but to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your website we offer 2 rounds of revisions to your site before we launch.

Squarespace Dashboard Training

Once your website is up and running, we'll have a handover session with Zoom Screenshare to get you up to speed in Squarespace and have you comfortable editing and updating the website yourself. We will also cover analytics and email marketing 101. If you have any further questions, 2 weeks of email assistance are included.

Turn Around Time

Your new website will be ready to launch in 2-3 weeks depending on the scope of your project. All dates will be outlined and communicated upon completion of your contract and initial invoice payment.
